you will not be able to get support from mcGraw Hills even if you have a hard copy of the book but in a different edition.

I purchased this code not knowing my instructor needs to use connect, and when my instructor tries to help she only had connect on the 20th edition, not 21st edition. I have contact McGraw Hill's tech support on this issue however they insist the code must be matching the edition instructor used even I told them this will be for my self study use. I have spend $140 for nothing, and I've already scratched off the code.
the packaging is just misleading because it did not mention any of the criteria needed before using. In fact it does not have anything on it.. DO NOT BUY THIS CODE IF YOUR INSTRUCTOR DIDN'T ASK YOU TO. YOU PROBABLY DON'T NEED IT.
